A great beginner didgeridoo from Alex Didgeridoos

Alex developed this didgeridoo to offer a versatile instrument primarily aimed at motivated beginners (or players with a limited budget), while keeping an affordable price for a high-quality instrument. He designed the didgeridoo with a semi-open column, which allows for the exploration of all playing styles and helps the player, over time, to move toward their preferred style. To produce this didgeridoo and maintain a reasonable price, Alex made some decisions to reduce production time and costs compared to his high-end instruments: reducing the number of interior lacquer layers (3 layers), reducing the number of exterior lacquer layers (3 layers), skipping the external smoothing of the instrument, and not aiming for a perfectly precise pitch (this can vary slightly from one didgeridoo to another, and pitch accuracy is only crucial for musicians playing with other instruments). These are some compromises, but the integrity of the craftsmanship is preserved: a well-made didgeridoo, fully lacquered, durable, made from beautiful and high-quality wood, and offered at a moderate price. A didgeridoo that will adapt and accompany the player through their learning process.
